The Admission ProcessEnrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. After this on site visit, the registration process may begin. There are various forms to be completed and others to be read. Once they are read, completed, signed, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved and the final step is to decide on a start date.
Our school year runs from early August until late May. Our Smart Summer programs run in June and July. Student class placement is determined by their age and birthdate. Students will have to be a particular age to be placed in their aged appropriate class by September 1st of the year. Registration fee is paid before the students start date and is non-refundable.
Once an enrollment spot is offered to you, you have 24 hours to either accept or decline the space. If you choose to accept, you have 1 week from when the space is available to start care. If you choose not to start more than a week after the spot becomes available, you are still responsible for payment. If you choose to not pay, you will lose your space.
There is a $150.00 non-refundable Annual Enrollment Fee. All families will be required to pay this annual enrollment fee at the time of enrollment and every August after.
